Login Troubleshooting

When you attempt to log into your account, a "cookie" is stored to your browser. There's a chance that your browser is rejecting the cookie. Here's a probable way to change this:

Let's assume you're using Internet Explorer.

• On the menu bar at the top of the browser, click Tool, then Internet Option.
• Click on the Privacy tab.
• Click on the button "Edit."
• Where it says "Address of Web site" type http://www.pittradio.net
• Click Allow, then Ok
