D-Town Records/Eieg Group, Dallas, Texas' new R&B/Hip Hop label, is one of the fastest growing independent record labels in the country and is determined to bring a fresh new image and sound to the music industry. The stars at night are definitely huge and immaculately brighter thanks to its emergence.
Nate Edwards is the Owner/CEO and Founder of D-Town Records. D-Town Records was created out of EIEG, LLC which stands for “Edwards Independent and Entertainment Group”. D-Town Records has hosted major events for Dallas, Texas bringing Block Enterprise and Bad Boy South, two multi-million dollar corporations under the Warner Music Group (WMG). They have teamed up with Dallas based, D-Town Records, (DTR/EIEG) to bring to you the hot, new reality T.V. show "Hood 2 Hood Talent Search". D-Town Records served as the event's host label for the entire Texas market, with the Dallas, Ft. Worth Area, in which the search is on for the hottest new R&B and Hip Hop acts Texas has to offer!
DTR has put together 21 hot track on they’re new compilation CD (I-35 Corridor Tha Compilation) featuring THE GAME Hit SONG “One Blood” the remix produced by BIG PHAZZ of the TOP OF THE LINE STUDIO this song was played for the GAME by DJ BIG BINK from 97.9 the Beat here in Dallas, TX, and all he could say is “DAMM” so that’s why we lead off with that song on the CD. We also have a un heard song by DEM FRANCHIZE BOYZ, we are the first to release it it’s called DIRTY SOUTH it is Hotttttt. DTR mixed it up we added some of our fellow unsigned artist from the west coast and the east coast and of course the south.
