You might want to check out this internet radio station called hardcorejamz.com . Its a commercial free internet radio station. they play Hip-Hop and R&B and they get like 30,000 listeners a day. You can submit music. They promote your website too or if you have a myspace account. Its nice because it exposes you to people all over the country. Go to the site and there should be a "Submit music" link. I have my stuff on there and it seemed to help me sell more downloads on itunes. They have a forum where you can promote and network too.
