The Rules of this Forum 1. Ensure that your new topics are in the correct forum.
2. Do not post topics or replies containing:
* Subjects which have already been discussed numerous times (please search first);
* Flames directed towards other users: Please be constructive and respectful with any critizism you give, most especially for reviews. You have every right to state your opinions, but do not infringe on the dignity and integrity of others;
* Images linked from other sites without their permission;
* Any derogatory comments based on age, gender, race, ethnicity, sex or nationality (which will be met with a swift ban);
* Copyrighted material, without prior consent from the original author to have that material posted on these forums. Read Terms of Use for further details.
3. Do not post spam.
* Spam includes, but is not limited to, advertisments that do not pertain to anything music or entertainment related, content deemed inappropriate or illegal (porn, warez, illegal mp3s), and flooding of the boards;
* Spammers will receive a lengthy ban.
* With regards to advertisements, post them in an appropriate and designated forum. Advertisements posted on other forums with be deleted immediately;
4. Do not make needless, incessant usage of:
* Emoticons;
* Line breaks or ALL-CAPS;
* Nested quotes;
* Giant fonts with ugly colour;
* Swearing or derogatory terms.
5. Do not abuse the PM/email system
* Your private messaging capability may be disabled if abused;
* A central list of IM, PM and e-mail abusers is kept, so repeat offenders will be banned.
6. Ensure that your signature:
* Remains a reasonable size;
* Does not contain excessively large images, derogitory images or annoying animations;
* Images may not be above 30k.
* Follows all the rules applying to posts themselves.
7. Do not argue with the enforcement of the above commandments.
* If any PittRadio Team Member tells you to comply with one of these rules, you must comply;
* If you argue the rules with a Team Member, you'll be warned, and all members of the PittRadio Team will be notified;
* Keep it up, and you'll receive a ban.
8. Do not be an idiot
* Please apply common sense and logic to your posts!
